Welcome to Sahayya. By accessing, browsing, or using our platform (mobile app, website, WhatsApp chatbot, or any other service channel), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. About Sahayya

Sahayya provides installation, repair, maintenance, renovation, and related civil/home services through verified professionals. We also provide materials/products when required.

2. Service Booking
  • Services can be booked via app, website, WhatsApp, or phone.

  • You must provide accurate information (name, address, contact, service details).

  • Bookings are confirmed only after our team verifies availability.

3. Pricing & Payment
  • Prices may be estimated or fixed depending on service type.

  • Additional charges may apply after inspection (materials, extra work, etc.).

  • Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or online modes.

  • All payments must be completed before or immediately after service completion.

4. Service Warranty
  • We offer limited warranty on selected services.

  • Warranty applies only to the work done by Sahayya professionals.

  • Damages caused by misuse, third-party work, or natural wear & tear are not covered.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

  • Provide false information

  • Delay or deny access to the service location

  • Misbehave or act abusively toward our staff or partners

  • Violate any law while using our platform

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
  • You may cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before service time.

  • Last-minute cancellations may incur a charge.

  • If our professional is delayed, we will inform you and reschedule if needed.

7. Sahayya’s Rights

We may:

  • Reject or cancel a booking due to unavailability or violation of terms

  • Modify services, pricing, or policies

  • Suspend or terminate user access for misuse or fraud

8. Third-Party Professionals

      Sahayya works with trained and verified partners. However:

  • Professionals are independent contractors.

  • Sahayya is not responsible for personal loss, but we will support dispute resolution.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sahayya is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Delays due to circumstances beyond our control

  • Losses caused by user negligence or third-party actions

10. Communication Consent

By using our services, you consent to receive service updates, notifications, invoices, and promotional messages via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or phone.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use of Sahayya means you accept the new Terms.
